- Spicy Passilla-mushroom Tacos. Added meatless ground and tofu for protein. Filling is quite saucy so feel free to
thicken a bit with some grain or a bit of meat/tofu if you have laying
around. Dress with crumbled cheese and pickled onions. It's a little spicy so you may want to cut with black beans for the kids.
- Rustic jicama salad with tangerine, chili and pickled cabbage.
